YING CHIEH TAI CHI CHUAN
 

The set which is called « Tung family style Tai Chi Chuan » has been created by Grand Master Tung Ying Chieh, the grand father of Master Tung Kai Ying.

It consists in a sequence of movements where  both kinds of energie alternate: slow and fast.

  1. Preparatory position

  2. Tai Chi Chuan, starting movement

  3. Grasp and tuck in the gown

  4. Single whip

  5. Closing energy

  6. Divine crane spreads its wings

  7. Holding the pipa

  8. Turning the pipa

  9. Spliting palm

  10. Jumping and punch down

  11. Circle and seal continuously

  12. Leopard and tiger return to the caves

  13. Winnowing movement

  14. Dodging forward and backward

  15. Big roc elevates in the air

  16. Punch ribs with hammer (fist)

  17. White ape dodges away

  18. Phoenix spreads its wings slantingly

  19. Grab and punch

  20. Turn back and press with fist

  21. Step forward, grab and repress the gown

  22. Continual movement

  23. Circling up

  24. Dodge to the left, evade to the right

  25. Pat on horse

  26. Heron stands on one leg

  27. Jump backward

  28. Raising hand

  29. Phoenix returns to nest

  30. Tai Chi Chuan, ending movement
